Cyndi Papia: A Professional Partner Who Knows How to Deliver
For some the setback of incurring an injury that puts a halt on a career would be enough to throw in the towel but not for Cyndi Papia. Cyndi has persistence, determination, and moxie. The same qualities that led her to begin (working with one arm in a cast) offering administrative support tasks quickly grew to global recognition for expertise in:
• website creation (specializing in all things WordPress)
• logo designs
• Realtor support
• event organization
• and desktop publishing services
Cyndi has relied on her deep business roots — beginning in 1992 (as a freelance Massachusetts court reporter/stenographer) and since 1998 as the web-based virtual Office To-Go – to propel her towards showing clients that:
• getting virtual assistant support help really can be painless
• website dreams can become a reality
• and that pulling off memorable virtual events is a breeze with the right person taking the lead
With each project she touches, Cyndi brings a business administration management degree plus over 25 years of real-world experiences in the private, government, and nonprofit sectors.
Her client base spans from Realtors and nonprofit organizations to musicians and bands, from virtual online professionals to small and mid-sized business owners in genres stretching across the arts of painters and artists to tradesmen of all kinds and restaurants.
The one thing Cyndi’s clients ALL have in common is a desire to work with someone who is professional and 110% invested and focused on their projects. You, too, will find this to be a FACT when working with Cyndi and the team of Office To-Go specialists she’s assembled.
In addition to her virtual business services practice, Cyndi is also owner of Cynderella Entertainment & Events, a full-service entertainment booking agency, event planning and promotions business providing 5-star service one event at a time. She’s skilled in working with national acts as well as local and regional bands and musicians to handle the full spectrum of event services – manager, promoter, and entertainment booking agent.
She is a member of International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA) and an IVAA CRESS Exam Administrator, REVA Institute, Virtual Assistant Networking Association (VANA), Downtown Women’s Club (DWC), and New England Virtual Assistants (NEVA). She’s been awarded a VANA VAccolade Award in recognition for her professionalism in her business conduct on the web and amongst other virtual assistants.
She is a Rainmaker Trained Virtual Assistant, Real Estate WEBOGRAPHER Professional and IVAA Certified Real Estate Support Specialist.
