We accept work on a per-project basis on a first-come, first-served basis. For ongoing services and assurance of availability, we offer several ongoing administrative and website maintenance support packages.
Direct expenses such as long-distance phone calls, postage, shipping service, printing, special paper, stock photography, et cetera, are not included in hourly rates or packages and will be billed separately. Large direct expenses must be prepaid.
Signed contract outlining scope of project and payment terms required. A deposit is required for new clients, labor-intensive or graphics projects and WordPress custom website design prior to commencement of work.
