I had been using the same generic old website for almost 4 years now and never really thought much about how it wasn’t getting much traffic. Fortunately I have a good pal Patti who is also my walking buddy, and fellow REALTOR and quite computer savvy! She told me about this woman Cyndi Papia from OfficeTo-Go.com who was building her a new site and it was all being done online, with all communication via e-mail.
After I saw how beautiful my friend’s site was I have to admit I was really jealous – okay, so I’m human! We then compared my stats to hers and this time I wasn’t jealous – I was sick!!!!! So that did it and I decided to hire Cyndi to build a new website to provide an enjoyable experience for buyers and sellers, as well as enable me to provide more internet-savvy marketing on behalf of my clients.
When I decided to do this it was like venturing into a dark room and not knowing anything at all about where I was. It was a busy time of year for me with snow birds coming in, trying to keep a couple of troubled sales together, and also give Cyndi some ideas as to what I wanted in my website. I got so frustrated when she asked for certain things and finally just told her that I was not feeling too creative in my thinking and would have to get back to her. I then apologized for being grumpy. The next day she wrote me a very nice e-mail, basically took over with scattered ideas from me and said “trust me a bit and you concentrate on that difficult sale!”
I could have hugged her after that because it was a really difficult time for me with two very important sales. The end result was more than I could have ever asked for. I had no idea everything she was going to do for this site and when it was finally finished I absolutely loved how my website came out. Cyndi was so great to work with and is always on the other end when you need her. She is obviously very dedicated to her work and loves what she does.
